Instalar virtualenv virtualenvwrapper

Antecedentes

Estoy tratando de crear una aplicación de matraz de muestra siguiendo este tutorialhttps://realpython.com/blog/python/flask-by-example-part-1-project-setup/

Pero me encuentro con problemas constantes ya que estoy configurando Python y tecnologías relacionadas en esta nueva Mac que se ejecuta en 10.11.1

Estoy atrapado en el comando donde ingreso esto

$ mkvirtualenv --python = / usr / local / bin / python3 wordcounts

Más tarde me di cuenta de que no tenía Python 3. Pero aún tengo el error de

-bash: mkvirtualenv: command not found

Así que encontré este tutorial para ayudar a instalar virtualenvInstale virtualenv y virtualenvwrapper en Mac OS X y decía correr esto

pip install virtualenv virtualenvwrapper

Pero luego me encontré con un problema con pip

Pensé que encontré una respuesta existente enNo se puede instalar virtualenvwrapper en OSX 10.11 El Capitan

La respuesta dijo a

sudo pip install pbr
sudo pip install --no-deps stevedore
sudo pip install --no-deps virtualenvwrapper

pero incluso otro usuario mencionó en los comentarios de la respuesta aceptada que no estaba funcionando10.11.1
