Hola a todos, tengo un problema en mi Web.xml. Obtengo el siguiente elemento de errores no está permitido aquí. Aquí está mi Web.xml

Me sale un error en esta línea.

y en esta linea

<listener>

Y eso no es todo, cada vez que inicio el proyecto (usando tomcat8), no obtengo ningún error de compilación. Mi aplicación web se inicia como si fuera normal. ¿Qué estoy haciendo mal aquí?
