Decodificación de video usando FFMpeg para Android

Traté de decodificar video usando la biblioteca FFMpeg a partir de los ejemplos de ejemplo disponibles en Internet, lo descubro con la nueva versión de ffmpeg, aquí está el código que llamé desde mi archivo de clase,

¿No se puede entender cuál es el problema exacto? Aquí se usa la función SaveFrame que parece
