Rake DB: Migration funktioniert nicht auf Travis-Ci Build

Ich versuche, mein Ruby on Rails-Projekt aus github auf Travis-CI zu erstellen, aber ich habe ein Migrationsproblem. Es führt eine Rechenaufgabe für die Migration aus, beschwert sich danach jedoch über denselben Migrationsschritt.

Es folgt meine .travis.yml-Datei:
