AggregateException wird ausgelöst, während auf den Abschluss des API-Posts gewartet wird. Wie kann ich das beheben?

Mein API-Aufruf ist ähnlich wie folgt

Ich erhalte die unten angegebene Ausnahme, während ich auf den Abschluss des POST warte.
