Ich habe eine gespeicherte Prozedur, die einen Parameter ohne Standardwert hat, aber es kann null sein. Aber ich kann nicht herausfinden, wie ich mit Dapper null übergeben soll. Ich kann es in ADO gut machen.

Die RouteId kann nicht deaktiviert werden. Es wird eine Fehlermeldung ausgegeben, die besagt, dass sie erforderlich ist. Ich kann auch keine reguläre Null verwenden. Die gespeicherte Prozedur kann nicht geändert werden, sie gehört nicht mir.
