Python UnicodeDecodeError: Der 'ASCII'-Codec kann das Byte 0xe2-Ordnungszahl nicht entschlüsseln (128)

Ich versuche, meine erste App in Google App Engine mit Python zu schreiben (Link der App:http://contractpy.appspot.com/ - es ist nur eine experimentelle App). Der gesamte Code ist unten.

Aber wenn ich die Daten abschicke, erhalte ich diesen Fehler (wird in den Protokollen angezeigt):

Ich habe versucht, Änderungen vorzunehmen, ähnliche Antworten zu lesen (wiediese oderdiese), aber nichts hat geholfen. Ich kann in diesem Code nicht herausfinden, was falsch läuft. Kann jemand herausfinden, was einen solchen Fehler verursacht und wie er behoben werden kann?

Ich benutze Python 2.7.
