Как видите, я хочу скрыть 2-й столбец таблицы данных, еслиFlag свойство установлено в false. Но это не работает. Я получаю следующую ошибку привязки в окне вывода Visual Studio:

Что не так в моем коде относительноVisibility атрибут?
