Выполнение Java-кода приводит к различным результатам в отладке без точек останова и нормального запуска. ExecutorService не работает?

TL: DRExecutorService executorService = Executors.newFixedThreadPool(8); в режиме отладки выполняется одновременно, но в обычном режиме выполнения он запускается одновременно, но позже запускается в одном потоке.

У меня есть код, где я запускаю 4 разных задач вExecutorService, Две из этих задач должны завершиться почти мгновенно, две другие должны быть запущены на некоторое время.

Эти задачи возвращают время выполнения в секундахFuture<Double>.

Когда я запускаю код в режиме отладки, 2 результата печатаются сразу, и мне нужно некоторое время ждать 3-го результата (я не утруждаю себя ожиданием 4-го).

После запуска в отладке (правильно и ожидаемо):

Нормальное исполнение отличается, похоже на метод измеренияlong start = System.nanoTime(); выполняется, затем поток засыпает, и после выполнения inserttionSort возвращается к выполнению quickSort, что приводит к выводу:

Что не так. Все эти потоки должны быть запущены в одно и то же время, как и из javadoc newFixedThreadPool.
