Живой аудио поток Java

Я реализую потоковую передачу с MIC на сервер Java на другом ПК. Но я слышу только белый шум.

Я приложил и клиентскую и серверную программу

Client:

и на стороне сервера это не проблема. Он отлично работает с Android-клиентом AudioRecord.
