Уровень Pygame / состояния меню

С моим кодом ниже, что было бы самым простым и легким способом реализовать игровые состояния для управления уровнями? Если я хочу начать с титульного экрана, загрузить уровень и перейти на следующий уровень по завершении? Если бы кто-то мог объяснить самый простой способ справиться с этим, это было бы здорово!
