iOS - Покадровое чтение видеофайла, обработка изображений, затем сохранение в виде нового видеофайла.

Я стараюсь читать кадр за кадром из фотоальбома iPhone. После обработки изображений я сохраню их как новое видео. Я запускаю свой код без каких-либо ошибок, но в альбоме нет нового видео.
