CFQuickDocs Bug Fix

Ever since I released the ColdFusion 8 version of CFQuickDocs, there has been a bug with the ColdFusion 7 version. The tag categories drop down was broken, and wouldn't return anything for the selected category. This has now been fixed.

For those that don't know, CFQuickDocs is a quick reference tool for ColdFusion tags and functions. If you don't like how slow LiveDocs can be, you'll love CFQuickDocs. That said, LiveDocs has a LOT more documentation than CFQD, which only contains the tags and functions.

When he said 'ColdFusion 8 version' I think he meant 'QuickDocs of ColdFusion 8', not 'QuickDocs running on CF8'.

You are right Tom. "ColdFusion 8" version meant that I have the ColdFusion 8 tags/functions documentation in a different version of CFQD than the standard version, which has CF 7 docs.

As far as why I am using BlueDragon, it all comes down to cost. I used to host on a shared ColdFusion server, but now I am hosting on a Virtual Private Server, which means I would have to fork out the hundreds of dollars for a ColdFusion license. I am not rich, so that is out of the question. That said, I do use ColdFusion at work, because my company has a lot bigger budget for software licenses than I do.
